Scott was away for a few days for a conference and so missed fireworks night, but Nanny came to stay and so joined us!
We were looking forward to it this year as wuth the kids both being older we thought they'd stay up better and enjoy it more. They managed well staying up.late but were both shattered when we got home!
What made it good this year was the indoor play room.which meant they could play without freezing....and also they had free food and drink there! We were enjoying it so much we nearly missed the fireworks!!! We didn't manage to get more than.two glasses of mulled wine due to heading home but did manage to swipe a new mug each!
