Leila is
saying more and more new words each day now (well, trying to say) and
it's funnny when she comes across a homophone.
The first one she came across was sore / saw as Scott had to buy a saw to make some shelves.
And it;s not really a homophone, but she does get confused by the animal mole and the moles that I have on my skin.
Yesterday though she was looking at our large wedding photo (the picture of everyone on the lawn together looking up to the camera) and then suddenly she ran to the fridge! She was saying 'pate, pate' and we just thought she was hungry (as she likes to have some of Scott's pate on toast when we have this for lunch). But then she ran back to the photo and pointed to MJ and Patti and repeated it again "patti, patti" and it all made sense!!!
