These kiddies have been well overdue a haircut as Leila has been blinking into her fringe for the last week at least! We went straight after school today and Leila went first as Edward was a bit tired and cry-y when Oana approached him! Leila was very good - watching cartoons - and finally can see again :-) UPDATE - I managed to wash Leila's hair tonight too so hopefully clean and cut hair will be an improvement on her normal straggly look....
When Edward's turn came around he was still upset at the prospect of having the cover on him and just wanted a cuddle. I was about to abandon the cut when he calmed down on my shoulder and Oana was able to start the cut! She did most of it with him on my shoulder and then he was happy enough to be put in the car - no cover on though so he was covered in hair by the end of it! Good on Edward (and Oana!) for getting the cut done - even the clippers!
