I can't believe that our two weeks in London are now over. It's always like this that the holiday goes so quickly and you don't realise the time passing. It's been a funny holiday so far as Leila was so 'off' in the first week without Daddy around (playing up etc) and then in the second week we had the sudden London heatwave and a bout of tonsillitis to deal with that made her again 'out of sorts' and it's only really been the last day or so that she's been back on form. Edward coped really well with all the change and has been powering through...and out-eating Leila this last week which we're putting down to her tonsils and his growth spurt. Even though Wood Green, Aden Grove and Priory Park have been the boundaries of our London visit (!) it's been really lovely to have a 'local' and low key holiday and just spend time with Granny Gramps.
